Outstanding quality and sound...tricky set up, had to reset after 5mins...however once I got over that it was quick and easy...build quality is supreme and the sound is outstanding....no distortion on high volume and crystal clear sound... worth every penny...very pleased with this and highly recommended... .

The first thing that impresses me about this speaker is its surging bass performance. The volume, strength and dive experience of the low frequency are all excellent. What is even more commendable is that such a quality and quantitative bass performance does not affect the high quality of the mid-frequency and high-frequency. The biggest impression of the intermediate frequency is that it is clear and natural, the vocal performance is warm and listenable, and the details of the instrumental music are also very clear. The high-frequency extension is good, clear but not brittle, and there is almost no too-sharp noise. As for the adaptability of different styles of music, this new generation can also express it accurately and emotionally, and the sound is almost perfect.

Overall one of the nicest looking smart speakers ever designed, although I do miss the stunning chrome of older versions.The biggest flop for me is the app integration.An Alexa only device that doesn't integrate prime music..But does integrate other third party apps that have their own apps.No Google integration.No timer function for the large under body LED so if thos sits in your bedroom you will have to either continually turn it up down and off, or keep it off as I do.Finally the load up time for this device is really slow, so unless you keep it and alexa on all the time (I'm told Alexa is mutable manually at the back of the speaker) you will again have to go deep into the app to unregister Alexa or just keep it turned off.Comes with no remote, and if Alexa decides to lose connection in the middle of the night, then reconnect to your wifi/Bluetooth, expect a loud voice waking you up from the speaker to announce 'ALEXA IS CONNECTED!' Not what you want randomly at 2 a.m.Besides that though... looks as handsome as ever.

Looks and sounds fantastic constantly cuts out and needs rebooting so disappointing for a very expensive speakerSo evri did not collect as arranged but I sent back via local collection point on the 26th of Jan Still no refund!And to make matters worse I purchased a second zeppelin and that has the same issue's

I had the old version for a connected ipod, which was fine.The sound quality on the new product is even better.

Typical B&W hi end quality with airplay 2 which works seem less. Probably the best wireless speaker i have heard & used. Better than any Sonos. Deep bass, very loud with superb clear sound. Hi res audio sounds amazing. £260 in a flash Amazon sale was an absolute steal.

No need for running lights and the volume is jumpy. The sound is good otherwise, also drops it’s blue tooth connection far more often than should be acceptable, has to recovery to factory settings 3 times not since purchasing

Great sound but Alexa use very temperamental have to talk loudly to get it to respond and often plays music in another room on one of my other devices. This isn’t supposed to happen should always respond to the nearest device, I have to shut the doors on my kitchen lounge bedroom and the room this device is in to get it to respond properly. Very annoying.
