The torch/smoker is awesome and super easy to use. I typical enjoy Bourbon or rye whisky neat or with ice, but wanted to give smoked cocktails a shot. It surprisingly added a lot of favor. I smoked my glass some cherry wood chips, and it blended nicely with some rye whiskey. Looking forward to trying the rest and making some of the provided recipesAlso, the torch is super easy/fun to use. Just fill it with some butane and it is ready to go. It appears to be of high quality and has good weight to it. Plus it just looks cool. Heck, I could probably use it to also make some crème brûlée as well

I wasn’t sure if I would like a cocktail smoker kit. I took the risk and glad I did. It definitely adds an extra layer of complexity to my cocktails (especially whiskey/bourbon drinks and cocktails). Busy Bee is a great all-around package. The smoking kit works perfectly (you can smoke glasses on the top side or bottom side of the wooden disk, or both at the same time). The kit is basically the same price as other brands but has many extras in the package. The lighter is awesome and is the only one I found with a trigger (the trigger feature is just cool). The kit also includes several cocktail recipe cards as well as 6 whiskey stones. The value of these items makes the Busy Bee kit a great option compared to others. The 3 boxes of wood chips are enough for hundreds of drinks. I’ve really enjoyed this kit and glad I made the purchase.

First impression: Great. The packaging looks professional, and the product looks and feels expensive. The recipe and instructions are a super nice touch.First Use: After a quick shim read of the instructions and filling the torch with butane, you are ready to go. Both were simple. I paired the cherry wood with some Old Forester rye and a little bit of simple syrup. The smoke added more depth of flavor to the cocktail and looked damn classy. Delicious.I’m looking forward to using this some more and trying some of the recipes. Highly recommend. Overall everything is super high quality, and beautiful… I took plenty of photos to share my first experience. Cheers all.

Husband was thrilled with this gift! Super easy to use, BUT all documentation said “No Butane Needed” and sure enough the lighter was empty! Kind of disappointing, but after filling the lighter, it worked like a charm. Maybe seller should change their marketing materials??? Anyway, we’ll hopefully be using it for many cocktails to come!

Im the Bar Manager at One Coastal in Fenwick Island. I always used a hickory smoking plank to smoke a glass for old fashions. However, as soon as I saw this smoking kit with a variety of smoking chips (oak, hickory, cherry) I jumped on it immediately and am very happy I did. Its simple to use and the applications that can be made to enhance cocktails ( NOT JUST OLD FASHIONS) make me wanna be more creative with classic cocktails. 5 star product.

I gave this as a Christmas gift and was so embarrassed. The torch was empty and the metal was all scratched on it. My husband wanted to try it on Christmas Day and now he can’t. I’m so upset and embarrassed. The included card stated no butane required yet the torch is empty and all scratched up. For the cost of what I paid for this gift the company should be ashamed! I’m upset. Ruined my Christmas!

I gifted this to my boss for their birthday, and they absolutely loved it! They said it was such a hit when they had guests over. It adds just the right amount of smoke and flavor to each glass. Thinking about getting one for myself.

All I can say is what a great product! The quality of the product is really high. The wood is hard with a very smooth finish! The wood chips are all very flavorful. Cherry is my favorite! I definitely recommend. The torch is high power and has a good weight. Definitely a very premium torch. The packaging was hands down the best I’ve seen from all the smoker kits and makes for a great gift!
