Good quality but....
Yes it was ok and did what I wanted i. e. Clean solar panels. However I was disappointed that you can't feed water to the soft mop and squeejee as I would have preferred to use that to clean the panels - only the brush has water feed. Also it is ok when the tap is near you (i. e. When it is at full extension) but when you close it down shorter the tap moves away by the same distance and difficult to reach when you're up a ladder. It seems good quality so no complaints there but a clamp at the end of the handle instead of the tap fixed in the hose would mean you always have the means of stopping the flow to hand.

Absolutely top notch
I was delaying buying this because of the price. I had other water-fed brushes in my list too and was constantly comparing them all; features, length of pole, price and looking at the positive and negative reviews.Eventually, I decided to go with this product as it is a more reputable brand and had better reviews. I'm glad I made that decision because this water-fed brush is fantastic. The quality is outstanding. The pole is light and has foam sections which make gripping this in cold weather very comfortable. It extends with around five clips which are strong and not difficult to open or close. Keep in mind when extending the pole that it will pull through small blue hose that is fed through inside to the brush at the end.The brush is medium firm and well made. It is easy to attach to the pole. Simply clips in. All you need to do is push the little hoses into the brush without any effort at all, and you're done. The bundle I bought came with the squeegee too and the bottle for adding solution. But honestly, if you do the windows properly you won't need any solutions...no fairy liquid, no window cleaning soap...nothing.Yes there is an actual proper way to clean windows. I thought you just scrubbed around and then rinsed off. That is NOT the case at all and I highly recommend you head over to you tube and watch some of the videos on there on how to properly clean windows with a water fed brush. Starting with the window frames before rinsing, then working slowly into the seals area up above and rinsing, then the sides, then the lower part of the window and then the sills. Then there's a way of rinsing off with the water jet to make sure you don't get any dirt running back down your window and drying. So please watch YouTube before buying this or when you've bought it.The pole will feel heavy when fully extended to 24ft (if that's the version you bought) but if you know what you're doing with the cleaning process (see above paragraph) then you'll be done in five minutes. The first time I used it, I thought the windows were clean. They looked it until I went indoors and saw they'd dried with dirt dripping from up above where I hadn't cleaned properly. So I ended up putting the squeegee on and smearing the muck all over. Bad mistake. So I had to get the gear back out and practice that cleaning technique again. I've mastered it now!I am very very happy with this product and it's saved me £12 a month on window cleaning services....well kind of... a year from now it'll be a saving anyway. Highly recommend. Don't ponder for months like I did. Just grab it. But get the size that suits you. No point in a 24 foot pole if you live in a bungalow. In fact you'd not need a pole at all in that scenario. Is a 17ft pole for you? a 20foot? Get the right size, but don't under measure as you'll regret it if down the line you'd wish you had got the 24ft pole so you can do you fascia boards and soffits..and gutters. Think it through, but go for it!

Works!
I only leave reviews when it either works or not.I was a bit sceptical at first based on other products which I have bought. Product arrived well before due date. Took a moment to work out how to assemble but was easy to do in the end.At full extension it wobbles a bit (bought the 7M) but I was able to reach the guttering easy.- Water flow was great- Cleaning fluid attachment worked great (would recommend putting in small amounts at a time as the constant flow of water will use up the cleaner quickly). I did not realise you could turn the cleaning fluid on and off....... so for future users, remember that. And because I had to try it right away, I used washing up liquid, it was brilliant, no water marks etc.- Stop valve worked a treat. I did not attach to start with and had to keep walking to the tap to turn on and off. would recommend attaching when assembling.- Between 80 and 100% extension the pole would sometimes collapse slightly within itself (shorten), I am not sure if it was me not 'locking' it well or just a fault. Will be using it on my neighbour's windows soon so will see if it happens again.Based on the prices I was quoted to clean my windows and large conservatory, this was an absolute bargain. I was surprised by how well the brush worked on the dirt. Felt really sturdy, wasn't heavy to manoeuvre. Flow of water was constant. I did not get soaked in water from the pole. The brush head tilts so you can easily clean the window ledges. Cleaning everything was easy and quick, no aches in the arms after.Highly recommend.

Ideal product
Ordered this to do my house windows, arrived in solid packaging, easy to set up, used WD40 to ease the opening and closing of the pole. It worked easily on my water pressure didn't need to attach it via my pressure washer. The pole was easy to use, lightweight, easily reached my first floor windows, easy to adjust the angle of the brush, easy to use the detergent container. Having washed and rinsed the windows found the window blade not easy to remove the excess water, so I attached the micro fibre squeegee and managed to dry the windows that way.Very pleased with this item, well worth the money in my opinion.

Good tool
For the price it's quite good. It does flex a bit when fully extended and it is also a bit unwieldy to use when I was cleaning the gutters and fascia boards (probably will get used to it though) could do with another water fed brush maybe the same shape as the duster one. Also, you have to disconnect the water hose at the head when you want to fit one of the other accessories and I'm not sure how many times you could do it before the hose connectors break. That aside, it is really easy to wash the bedroom windows with the water fed brush and they look so much better. I would definitely recommend this to others and with a few tweaks it would get 5 stars
