I appreciated the ability to hang four additional backgrounds with this product. Hangers go up quickly and the rest of the hardware is intuitive to install. Quickly put up the four backgrounds.

So i finally got this, had it mounted to the ceiling, all but one chain (so far) seems to work fine. But the red one i have to find a way to lock it, 🔐 or it will keep rolling, which sucks. You would think it would have a locking mechanism, but nope. Also you will need a piece of wood or rubber to put between the paper and the poles for consistent traction needed to roll down and roll up the paper. All in all im pleased, ill update when i have used it during a shoot.

Normally I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this thing has me tearing out the last of the hair I have on my head. The construction is poorly designed & made from cheap materials. Doesn’t come with any kind of crossbar so you have to either buy it across bar for almost another $50 on Amazon. Or go to a hardware store and you find that there isn’t PVC strong enough or thick enough to accommodate this pulley system. Same thing for metal poles. If the brackets were already attached to my wall I would return this thing. The price was right and that should’ve told me everything I needed to know. Sadly if it seems too good to be true it usually is. I find it in the attic that I have to buy crossbars. The low price and lack of crossbars should’ve been my tip off that this was not a great product. Very disappointing and I hate that I have to leave this review but buyer beware.

The plastic inserts for the tubes are real cheap, as is the plastic chain. Assembly was fairly simple. The mounting hardware left a lot to be desired. It works as intended, but likely not going to be very durable solution in the long run.
