Works as advertised. Helped reduce inflammation; saw quick improvement in hip bursitis, much reduced pain; and even COPD - saw blood oxygen levels go up about 2 % after a few days, breathing easier. Will take a while to see if it helps me live longer. I usually find supplements to be worthless, they are mostly scams, but this actually had a very positive effect, and worked very quickly. I also started taking Nicotinamide Riboside at the same time; they are supposed to work well in tandem, so would guess the improvement is a joint effect of the two drugs. I highly recommend this product. Also was very pleased with the vendor, got the right product to me quickly.

There's no preventing the effects of aging. But, trying to maintain a healthy chemistry that encourages normal cell function for as long as possible seems like a good idea. In my 40's I took zero supplements and didn't exercise and felt like crap. Then at a friends recommendation, I started taking some supplements since my diet was not good. I felt better. Then I fixed my diet & felt even better. Now, I'm exercising, eating well, and taking supplements that help you maintain normal cellular function. I feel and look better than I have in years.No single thing is a panacea. You have to approach your health and its maintenance from myriad angles. This one supplement is part of good nutrition. I did a crazy amount of research to discover what may help most at my age. This is one slice of that equation. I hope you find what works for you. I'll continue to use this as part of my own maintennce.

This is a great Pterostilbene supplement. The 150 mg size is perfect and easy to swallow and seems to be doing its job. I will purchase again I am sure

Have taken daily for 2months now. The biggest difference I see is how much more vitality I have in the mornings. I get up early for work and have a 90 min commute. Before starting Pterostilbene, I felt weary and tired most days, even after sleeping well. Now, I don't feel weary or tired when getting up early. It makes me feel 20 yrs. younger

This is the only pterostilbene product @ 150 mg that I have found. I trust that it is the pure product. 250 mg/d maximum dosage tested on humans. Is 300 mg/d too much?Above is what I wrote earlier. Then, I received a note from Amazon stating that there was something wrong with the formulation? Too much or too little pterostilbene?Chromadex no longer sales pterostilbene because purportedly it reduce HDL/increased LDL levels in experimental trials. I was aware of these data but took it anyway. I've noted no increase in LDL.Until ingredient situation is clarified by Vitamonk, I'm no longer taking their product. There are other sources of pterostilbene, that, hopefully, are more reliable.

I read an article on this products ingredients that tells of the research that had been done before it was placed on the market, so I now have been taking it daily for only a short time, no side effects, a bit more energy, will know more as I continue to take.

I have no indication of these pills doing anything. I guess that's the thing: How do you know? I've only used them for 1 month and I notice no difference.

It’s difficult to judge a supplement that is a long-term strategy and not some thing you can feel or measure but I chose this brand because it is more potent than any other assuming it’s true to label. The brand seems to be as legit as any other so I’m content.
