Great colours, and good quality little buttons, great value.

The Tilda's Friends pictured are my version of memory bears which I made for my nephew and nieces, with their clothes made out of my late father's jacket. The tiny buttons were exactly what I needed to add the finishing touches to Harriet Secret Agent Hare's trench coat. The details make the difference.

The media could not be loaded. These buttons are just as described and the perfect size for my dolls clothes.. They are uniform in size and colour - really lovely. Just to get an idea of scale, 14 buttons fit on a 1p piece. I use a size 9 "sharps" needle to sew them on and it passes easily through the holes. The listing does not specify how many there are of each colour (I missed it if it did) but I was hoping for circa 50 of each as I needed 42 each of the gold and silver. There were exactly 200 buttons - 50 gold, 50 silver, 52 bronze, 48 silver grey….perfect. The reason I have only given 4 stars is because although the buttons are metal, they cannot be picked up with a magnet. Being so small I find them fiddly and it’s inevitable that I will occasionally drop some - I already have - and whereas I usually just pass my magnetic wand over the general area to pick up dropped pins etc, for these I have to get down on my hands and knees with a magnifying glass. Now I put a beading mat or piece of felt fabric on my work surface or in my lap to catch any that drop. Having said all that, I will definitely be buying more.

They are the smallest buttons I have ever seen. You need a very thick 👓 to see the hole. Not want I really expected
