Keep in mind the poisonous gases travel vertically easily but by adding elbows or running the vents horizontal can cause restriction that could trap gases inside your home

Hi Miguel! You can use this on a flat roof, HOWEVER, it might not give you the best performance in wind if you face it towards the wind. Also, you need to flash and seal it according to your roofing details
