These are a very good vitamin, and I found out that they gave me energy and a little pep to my step.However, I found out by taking two that I needed to go to the bathroom a little more than usual so I backed it down to one a day and it still made me feel really good. We’ll buy again.

Great product! We will keep reordering because we think that it has really helped! My daughter has noticed a big difference in her immune system and has noted that she feels better more consistently since taking these pills. I didn’t see any changes in my health. After the sickness doesn’t provide any faster recovery. But maybe I do not take them long enough. Good but I’m not impressed .
