These are a total game changer for endurance events. I use them during long runs and Spartan races to stop cramps fast. Pickle Juice plus more - Highly recommend
The small 2 oz is perfect to carry with you. I was experiencing cramps at night in toes, feet, side of leg and calves. Was so shocked at how fast it worked. Within a minute my cramps were gone whereas have been suffering for hours throughout the night. Liked this better than some of the alternatives because of the easy open cap and also because of the potassium and magnesium that is included with the pickle juice. Taste was just like pickle juice but not too strong. Went down well. Highly recommend.

Yucky taste! BUT, it works pretty good. Its biggest fault is that it doesn't remind me to take it!
Yucky taste!! But works pretty well. I have to admit it is a damned if I do, damned if I don't on this one. I have re-ordered several times if that means anything! And am about to do so again!

Product spoiled
Product spoiled. Drank one bottle and it tasted strange, not like usual. 30 minutes later I was very ill. Next time cramps started I tried again and the taste was terrible so I only took one drink and threw it away. A few minutes later I was sick again.

Works for swimmer that gets Charlie horses.
My 16 year old swimmer gets intense Charlie horses when he has red swim sets. He can get out of the pool and do a shot of Sucker Punch to help relieve the acute pain in the moment. Tastes okay I guess. I have purchased a few different brands and he didn’t like the flavor so Sucker Punch is the winner in that arena too.
