Great taste and good product!

I gave a rating of 5 stars because Ashwagandha Gummies have been a life saver for me. When I start feeling anxious, I take several of these gummies and after an hour I'm totally destressed. Stress produces cortisol which is not great for my weight loss regime. This takes away that stress extremely well which helps me avoid stress eating and gives me a general sense of well being. Try this brand and you won't be disappointed!

My son has anxiety that we’re working on with professionals, and this is one of the supplements he takes in addition to psych meds. He can tell a difference when not taking it. He had terrible night terrors, and while this hasn’t totally eliminated that, he does sleep so much better.The only bummer is that sometimes, it either arrives melted, or maybe it’s on my porch too long before I get home and see it?? That said- grab it as quickly as you can when it arrives. It’s non-refundable as a medical product, but Amazon CS has worked with me on it. I can’t find it locally or I’d just do that.

This is a really good product for the price. It contains a different strand of ashwaganda compared to the usual brands I get and from what I research online they are similar in effectiveness even though the mg dose is lower (lookup sensoril ashwaganda compared to KSM) so don't waste your money on the other KSM strands they are the same but just more expensive!! It has a slightly medicinal taste but I like the sugar around the outside and tastes good with the blueberry flavor. I have only taken for 2 weeks so cant speak for long term use but I feel much for relaxed! I take 2 gummies with my morning coffee everyday first thing in the morning and it is like a gummy treat. I used to have weekly breakdowns and trouble sleeping because of depression and flares that would keep me up at night with the worst thoughts of hopelessness and su*cide.Started taking this ashwagandha gummy 1x a day for about 10 days and I could genuinely feel the difference. My emotions are far more stabilized and repressed. Things/actions/words that would easily trigger me don't have quite the same effect, and it's much easier for me to shut down my emotional response to things that would easily irate me. I have been sleeping alot better as my night terrors and runaway train thoughts no longer affect me and I have not shed any tears or thoughts of su*cide since starting these gummies.I don't wake up pissed and feel far calmer throughout the day. I have not had palpitations or crazy mood swings since taking ash, which I used to experience frequently before. I also have a far more balanced outlook on life and have gradually started making changes in my life to get closer and closer to my desired outcomes rather than go throughout my day with this "what's the point of life, everything sucks, i'll never get xyz" attitude that I couldn't seem to shake for years.Long story short, life is better with these gummies! I will continue to use it and may even up to 2x a day around my cycle. I feel like slowly but surely I am freeing myself and my emotions from a state of perpetual chaos, and can start working my way towards a healthier and more balanced emotional state.

They are so chewy it makes them unpleasant to eat. The flavor is fine - the consistency is like a rubber ball.

I like these vitamins, i feel they give me some extra energy to get through the day.
