Major disappointment
I ordered this bc of the overwhelming positive reviews and the 4-star rating, but I unfortunately received two lemons. I REALLY wanted this to work, especially since it says it was designed for the Slash.Both times, immediately out of the box, i plugged it in and thr light would flicker on and immediately shut off right away and would not come back on.I know every product may have their defective units that get past QA, but even the replacement unit had the same exact issue.I tried it with a 2S LiPo, a 3S LiPo, a 9v battery, and even tried different plugs on the receiver with no change.I was disappointed and sent back both units. Gonna have to try a different brand, with hopefully a little better reliability. Terrible value for the money. If it doesnt work, it isn't worth the asking price.

Light bar mount bolts to led light are to big in diameter
The bigger allen bolts that attach the body mounts to the LED are to big (diameter wise). But the smaller allen bolts that mount the bright to the body or roof tack are the right size. This is my only complaint. This light is super bright. Also the light bar is just as wide as a 6.10" roof rack. 5.9" is a tight fight. I'd suggest a 5.5" light bar.

50/50 chance?
I ordered one for a SCX10.2 and it worked great really bright and it looks good.The second one I ordered will not work. I hooked them both to the same car and one works and the other one flash when it's plugged in.Got the replacement today for the one that didn't work. It works just fine.If you are looking for a lightbar you can turn off and on with your controller this one is it.I wish I had an extra channel on my SCX10.3 I would put one on it.

Durable and works great. Super bright.
This light bar is very good. Nice and bright and can take a beating from my Senton 3s BLX. My only con is, it needs simple instructions. It comes with 8 screws and 4 nuts. The bigger screws are to mount the light bar into the bracket, which only require 2. The smaller ones are to mount the brackets/lightbar, leaving you with 2 extra of the bigger screws. Not a big deal, but would save a little frustration.
