Broken sadly screw holes worn think it’s a return a bit cross 🫤

NOT FAIL SAFE
All the descriptions say you can change between fail secure and fail safe, but you can’t do incase of emergency the door is locked shut. I have asked for support but they don’t know what there on about. This could be dangerous if it locks a fire exit during a fire. The discription should be changed.
