I love this matt. I struggled with thin matts as they would hurt my back as I m rather slim. This is perfect for my pilates and I find it very comfortable. I had it for over a year now and it's very good quality. Highly recommended.

Does what we need it to do! Nice thick foam let's her roll to her hearts content with no worries. Folds nicely and goes in the corner. Handles feel stuck on well! Worth the money

Great for people who hv a disability and need to be able to exercise without further injuring themselves . With bad back or hip problems it makes you feel safer using a mat like this . I know .
