Highly recommend. Great for opening the eyes
Easy to use, sealed tightly. I use in the tight line on the bottom eyelid to open and brighten the eyes. It lasts all day and it’s a good sized stick. It really makes the eyes bright. Comes off easily with makeup remover wipes.

K7L blue eyeliner waterproof,smudgeproof
Very good product but very fast gone because each time need shred. This eyeliner in the wood pencil but if use the plastic pencil like retractable eye liner, just need turn up and don't need shred. Can longer time use then the wood pencil.I hope somebody reads this review. The other things, very expensive. Now I have more experience with this eyeliner. Before I ordered K7L blue electra eyeliner from K7L cosmetics Kuwait. This eyeliner was very good but last time I ordered again this eyeliner but was a different,very soft to use,broke the tip fell off,melted, can't even use a sharpener. I see on the box, made precise cosmetics Taiwan. I don't want order again this kind pencil.

I would not repurchase it again. Unless it is just my eyes that won't adhere to it. But it lasts on me for an hour then gone. When first applied, it looks great. I wish it had stayed on longer.

I agree with the reviewer who said this is over priced.Pros: A more subtle under-eye color than liquid (liquid is literally like white-out and I've lost several contact lenses with liquid). It doesn't hurt to use like some pencils - it's softer. I also like color. It looks whitish not silver which is what I wanted.Lasts a long time. I put this on my under-eye waterline and inner corners of my eye. Love how it looks.CONS: it doesnt apply evenly on my water line. You can see it in the center the most.Sharpening - I literally have to sharpen this every day and stole my daughter's pencil sharpener to do that. Won't last long.Hard to apply evenly. Bonus that is not obviously overly-white.Price- Wet n Wild quality. I could substitute this with any cheapo pencil.Bottom line - it looks nice when on correctly, lasts all day, but sharpening it daily sucks and it takes a long time to get it right.

This really works!
It's my first try with a brightening waterline liner. I didn't expect much, but I'm pleasantly surprised. This really gives your face a pop and it STAYS ON ALL DAY!! I even slept with my makeup on and it was still there!! Im really glad I tried this one, it's fantastic
