I’m deep into a competition prep diet. Low food, high cardio and training. Have been having a hard time sleeping. When I added this, I was able to rest more. NU Ethix is a top notch company.

This product works well.

The bottle is just about half full. If they just made the bottle smaller it wouldn't be a waste of space... or they could put two months' of supplements in it.The directions say to take four capsules/day in times of stress. So a bottle will straight up last a month, but depending on how often you have stress I guess it can last a lot longer than that.The expiration date on my bottle is Mar 2025, so a year from now. However, the product page says "The date on our products is the MFG or manufacturing date. This date indicates when the supplement was bottled, and it will expire two years from that date." The bottom of my bottle says EXP: 03/2025, which seems like an expiration date, so now I'm not sure if it expires then or if it was just made and expires in 2027. Either way, it will be gone way before that.I like that the bottle says non-GMO, GMP-certified, and 3rd-party tested. I would also like to see organic and Made in the USA.There is a LOT of powder inside the bottle so I dumped out the capsules to see if any had broken, but they all look good. I'm not sure why some companies have powder in their bottles and others don't, but without the powder in the bottle maybe the odor and taste would be less. I've experienced much worse but it is there. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow.I like the ingredients, except for the "Other ingredients."I seem to take longer than most to see results from taking a new supplement. My one concern is that in the video on the product page they said this product increases cortisol. Mine is usually too high, so I hope that it actually "may help aid in maintaining cortisol balance" as described elsewhere on the product page. So far I feel like it is amping me up when that's not what I want. Maybe I need to be more stressed? =) Or it could be my imagination. I'm going to keep using myself as a test subject to try and figure it out.I think supporting the adrenals is important, and at this price I'm glad that it's not meant to take every day.

Furthermore, it claims to be GMP certified and 3rd party testing, which I think is important. I found this product easy to take and swallow with no side effect.

I am someone who takes various supplements daily to assist with my overall health and well-being.When I came across this product, it sounded like something that would be beneficial and assist in areas that I had not been taking anything for so I went ahead and place an order for it.It took me a while to use it once it arrived because I had been taking other supplements that I did not want to cloud the results, so I started this about a month and a half ago.Overall it falls short of its claims.If anything, it may be made a very slight difference to my daily regimen, but not really enough to justify the price or even taking it.I think there are several other products out there that will assist in the same areas for a lot less of a price tag.So unfortunately, I am giving this only a few stars based upon the quality ingredients but as far as making a difference to me, it really didn’t.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

The price of this supplement is very competitive for the quality of ingredients and my research on the company. I've taken the entire bottle with no bad side effects and felt great. You take 4 a day, it's a 30 day supply... not 60 or 120 days. You probably have an idea already if you're using or thinking about using this supplement, but this company is one of the better for trust and price. Quality supplement and 5 star rating in my opinion. Easy to swallow, tasteless, odorless pills.

These are a great easy to swallow daily vitamin supplements for your adrenal system
