Hi we need to check 100V PA sistem, have we to disconect the cables from the amplifier or only turn off th amplifier to do the measurement?

Yes. The output impedance of the amp will throw off your measurements. You should never try to measure line impedance with an amplifier connected, and if the amp is powered up still you will fry the meter.

Will this test a 70 volt paging horn?

Hi, This meter is to test audio impedance, not to test voltage, and the teste range is 20Ω/200Ω/2000Ω, I don't know the resistance of your 70 volt paging horn, please find it out. Anyway, I have upload the manual to listing page, you can check the manual for detail. Thank you!

Does it display reactance (capacitive and/or inductive)?

Inductive. However, it's cheaply made and the one I purchased had to go back. It only worked of you didn't tighten the screws on the battery cover.
