This does what it's supposed to do, but each supplement used for mood is going to act differently for each person. It'll work, or it won't, and possibly every variation in between. You may want to gauge how this works for you before driving or operating anything, like any other herbal supplement. The dose and recommendations seem to be on the highly conservative side, so like anything you buy, your usage may not necessarily follow label recommendations. I noticed a quick tolerance, which was tolerable as it plateaued at an affordable dose.

I purchased this product for mood benefits. So far the jury is still out on that. I can notice more focus and alertness but my existing stack already has supplements that work on these areas. As far as mood goes, I didn't see an uptick in mood directly, maybe if you suffer from a low mood due to lack of awakeness or mental focus then this can help you out.Sublingual application will bring much more pronounced effects. I found the effects to be more subtle when taken orally. I dosed between 100 to 300 mg on a few different days. 300mg felt like a little too much to me.
