I bought this and it consistently has a memory related blue screen crash. Whatvis the cause and is it repairable?

There is two possibilities 1) Ram speed might lower then 17000( 2)change the corresponding Dimm slots enabled and btw there will be multiple reason might be HDD or motherboard maybe cpu!

Does this have a vga port? i'd like to hear from the seller since one review says it does not but the specs say it does.

The unit I purchased does NOT have a VGA port.

Is this machine upgradeable to win 11?

No. I looked this up and Windows 11 does NOT support this processor.
