I have been taking IBSolution for 3 months now, and so far, it's working great. I don't have any cramping or discomfort, except for some mild gas which has always been an issue for me (IBS-D and C). Of course diet has a lot to do with it, too, so I will continue to monitor what I eat, stay away from the trigger foods, and continue with IBSolution twice a day. And the fact that the ingredients are all-natural makes it a smarter choice over taking prescription drugs with all their negative side-effects. I plan on staying with IBSolution for as long as I can - I'm also a subscriber so that I don't run out.UPDATE: I want to add that prior to taking this product, I also suffered with internal bleeding hemorrhoids several times a year (a problem with also having IBS-C ) from straining to have a bowel movement. Prescribed suppositories can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days for the bleeding to subside, and that in itself has caused me a great deal of anxiety. Once I started taking IBSolution, I have not had to deal with bleeding hemorrhoids in the 3 months I've been taking the product. I don't think that the bleeding has stopped because of the product, but I do think that being regular everyday with formed, and easy to pass stools has helped tremendously and keeps me from straining.ANOTHER UPDATE: It's now November 2019, and I'm well into my 7th month of taking IBSolution. This stuff is truly a miracle. I have no side effects, and I continue to have normal bathroom trips. It's never been that way for me in over 30 years of my life. Now, I can take long road trips with my husband and not panic because I can't find a public bathroom. Even the simplest of foods that would at one time upset my stomach do not bother me now. I love this product, and I hope they never discontinue it. For many of us with IBS-D and IBS-C (or sometimes both), this is the only remedy that works.ONE MORE UPDATE! I have been taking IBSolution for almost 1 full year now. And still, truth be told, this product continues to work wonders for me. I do not have terrible bouts of IBS-D or IBS-C since starting this all-natural, easy to take, miracle-in-a-bottle. It's truly the best product on the market for sure. I have come to learn that it pays to do your own research before considering prescribed medications that either don't work, have serious side effects, or are way too costly for most of us to afford. Thank you IBSolution - you have changed the lives of so many IBS suffers out there. It's affordable, it's easy to take, and it truly works!!

After 2 weeks, I began to have regular bowel movements after years of constipation followed by diarrhea. I thought pre/probiotics were the answer, but nope! IBSolution allows my body to have a healthy digestive system and, as a result, healthy and near-predictable bowel movements!

Isn’t bad product, kinda hurts my gut I took a break to see if it was my ibs flare up causing pain or the pill so I’m waiting to take it again to see if it was the pill or ibs flare up. Still a good product no harsh taste or smell of the pill
