A fun way to enhance a Sunday School lesson
The bright colors under the black overly was perfect. Using scratch board was one of the suggestions for a culminating activity for a month of lessons on joy in the Lord. I wanted to use it , but I had little time and was not able to locate any scratch board locally. Amazon to the rescue. With my Prime membership I was able to order these books of scratch board and they arrived in plenty of time for me to prepare them. My 5th and 6th graders easily got the connection that there could be joy even if things looked very dark and scary. I wish I had taken pictures of their art work. They "discovered" some very happy things under all of the darkness.
