Correct heat level for New Mexico chili peppers
Theses have exactly the heat level I expect for New Mexico chili peppers. They are very flavorful, but not terribly hot. They are not supposed to be. Use these for their unique flavorAdd some cayenne to taste if your dish needs to be hotter.

These are a little hotter, but we absolutely love them! Makes some great chili sauce for chili Colorado!

Worth buying. The heat level is excellent. It tastes really good. Would by again because it's hatch New Mexico chilies.
