My item arrived to me damaged 1/4 of it spilled in the Box

Product box was damaged. Item was leaking and cap seal was broken. Plumbers tape was wrapped on the threads of the bottle. Product smells OK, but taste is weak. Be advised, this product is NOT RETURNABLE.

I have been looking a rose extract for baking cake. When I see it is from Morocco, I am excited and order it but it disappoints me. I need to use a lot to get the smell. Thinking to order another brand.
