Yes, That’s what I use it for and it does a great job.

The machine itself. You only want to use this pump on empty lines with no refrigerant or oils inside it. If you're pulling oil out of an AC system you're going to use a recovery pump. This is only designed to evaporate and remove moisture from the lines. This pump has its own oil in order to operate which you should replace regularly.

Powerful vacuum pump

I bought this for my son and we have a service company . I fired this baby up and at first I thought something was wrong. Great Vacuum

I've been using a different brand vacuum for over 6 years and was looking for the same after the one I had broke. I could not find it so I took a chance and purchase a fieldpiece.I do not regret it. It is easy to operate and carry around. It has a rugged construction making it durable and worth every dollar since this job have us working in different conditions. The oil is easy to change and I have no regrets.

Wish I had gone bigger!

This pump works really well and the quick oil change option makes this the best on the market for convenience for us oil change slackers!! My only regret is I wish I had gone for the 10 or 12 cfm model, but I’m happy with this unit’s performance.

Fast vacuum

Fast vacuum with 2 3/4" vacuum hoses. Looks nice, feels nice. I just like this piece of equipment. Ohh and it doesn't tip over easily.
