My Grandma had ran out of her supply of these and I told her I would order some from Amazon if I could find them. Long story short that was about 3 weeks ago. I have been using this for a long time. I guess it is doing it's job. The pills are huge so be careful. I feel that the price is high but they are good for you. This last batch I received smelled fishy but I kept them and took them anyway.

I have tried many Omega co Q 10 vitamins, but these are the only ones that have actually given me some energy.The gel cap is large, but I find it goes down easily, especially with warm, not hot, tea.I started out with two a day, but found one is just right for me. I am older, so maybe that's why it's enough.I am very glad I gave this product a try and will continue with them.

Works great. I tried Coq 10, lowered my salt intake ,did vigorous exercise five days a week and tried yogic breathing. I don't know how much of effect each of these had individually, but I sure did lower my BP by 20 points in 30 days. Just don't try to find the golden goose folks. Try holistic approach.
