This is a good way to get vitamins D & K, as well as B-vitamins and some trace minerals. You should take additional C and use an iron-free multi-mineral (although don't overdo it on Calcium, as more recent research suggests the recommended daily intake of calcium is probably too high; I barely get half the recommended dose and have no issues with bone density).Most of the other stuff is added in quantities that are too small to make a real difference. I think these are added just to pad out the label and help them compete with other multivitamins doing the same thing. As such, I don't really fault them for doing it, but you can pretty much ignore a lot of the stuff listed in the ingredients.Other things you should probably supplement in addition to what's contained here are vitamins D & K, unless you eat a lot of greens and get a fair amount of sun. Research suggests that optimal vitamin D intake is somewhere around 2000 IU, which works out to 50 mcg (double the amount in this supplement). I don't take it all at one meal. Vitamin D is best paired with K.

Solaray consistently produces some of the highest quality and affordable multivitamins. I have taken this one in addition to their "high energy" vitamin, and both have high quality ingredients and are easily digestible. I am not a dietician/nutritionist, but I think this product also has optimal levels of specific vitamins and minerals for men.

Just started taking these for a week. I CAN FEEL IT! I have taken so many different multivitamins but have never had one make me feel better to start the day. I do eat before taking this which I am sure helps and adds ease to my stomach. They do have a smell so taking it while eating allows for that aspect to not affect me. I will say these are a great value, I've had vitamins cost so much more and not do anything for me so I think I have found my go to.

I keep alternating between two Multivitamins. Solaray's Active Man Multi has a clean effect on my physiology as well as my cognitive function. I get moderate energy from it though out the day. The other one I alternate this with is Alive's Men Daily Ultra Multi, which is a bit stronger with more nutrients in it.In my experience, these are very clean and effective multivitamins for Men.Solaray Active Man is an informed choice for me (so is Natures Way's ALIVE). These 2 are a must for active Men as they cover all the required bases and then some. I also use other great products from Solaray as it is one of the few quality conscious companies out there.

My husband takes this every day and it has greatly helped his energy! This supplement combines the best of affordability and quality. I love many products from this brand!

Great multi!!!

I believe the formulation of this Vitamin is of quality and I do think they give a slight boost of focus and energy throughout the day! BUT they smell and taste terrible and give the burps that make you just cringe... That being said I don't think I can buy this particular one again. I will looking towards another Solaray product.
