I make a lot of noodle dishes and these are by far my favorite, especially when making Mei Fun. They're so simple to make. There's not much more I could add other than I always buy this brand.

These rice noodles are very good. They don’t become mushy like the ones you can buy in the store.

I use these for pho, the closest I’ve been able to find that are like what the local pho restaurant serves, still not long enough though, boil for 3 minutes, rinse under cold water, put in bowl, pour the boiling pho broth over top…done. So good.

I'm so glad I ordered these! I live 90 minutes from the nearest Asian market, and love these noodles for a quick miso ramen on my lunch break. Great value! Will order again.

The ad said it came in a 3-pack, so I assumed that there were three servings. Therefore, I ordered 3 of the 3-packs so that I could have some extras. Well ... it turns out that each individual package of a 3-pack contains 4 servings, so I ended up receiving a whole lot more servings than I thought I would, 36 if my math is correct. But I am definitely NOT complaining. I purchased these noodles for pho, but I've found I can use them in other ways. If you prepare them according to the directions they come out perfectly.
