There is no load, im using a vintage receiver is it safe if the receiver is turned on with no speakers or load?

70 vol or 8 ohm?

Does this have any additional components inside, or is it just a straight switch without resistors, etc.?

I would like to use this as a switch for 2 turntables into 1 preamp but turntables and preamp use RCAs. Could you make this with RCA plugs?
