My daughter loves her bed!
The media could not be loaded. The bed is great! Took sometime to get up by myself but once it’s up it’s great. Ensure that you read the guide carefully and don’t loose a screw or a pin. If it’s 5 screw to go in the bed you will only find 5 screw if you only use 4 screw then chances are you missed something somewhere. Bed is sturdy for my 4 year old, she loves the slide. And I’m sure she will like the castle house under the bed we have planned for her :)If you’re wondering we used a 6inch memory foam mattress.

My daughter loves her room
My baby girls stays in her room! I thought it would be hard for her to sleep in her own room now that she finally has her own, but after putting her bed in there, she refuses to leave. Its pretty sturdy as well. It took 2 days (and purple fingers from tightening all this screws) to put it all together. So worth it.

The slide isn’t great
The slide is loud and my kids keep getting hurt because of how it’s constructed from the manufacture. Going to take it off and get another set of steps.

Shotty craftsmanship
Wood came splintered, some boards warped, took forever to put together. I doubt we will get more than a few years out of it.

My daughter loves it!
I will update with pictures but I hope this reassures anyone looking to purchase. It arrived at the closer estimated delivery date with all the pieces. It took our handyman several hours to put together by himself. I will ask him if he had any issues when I update.

DANGER terrible merchant! the worst in 15+ years of using AMAZON
This bed is made to fail. The hardware is cheap and they do not have metal capsules that the bolts sink into. Instead it’s just screws into wood. No washers, nothing! The wood is super cheap and the screw heads rip into it with the slightest pressure. And assembled correctly it wobbles and shifts. Unfit for human use. After several months of stonewalling and stalling by the vendor, we had to contact Amazon to resolve this. Even at Amazon's urging, the makers of this bed refused to cooperate.

Not very sturdy
I kept this bed as it’s hard to return. I have to check the bolts every month to make sure they are tight. But my kid won’t sleep in their own bed so if they did sleep in it every night I would probably be checking them weekly. I really wish it was built sturdier.

Very good looking bed.. Some issues.. but kids will love it
The look and feel of the bed is very nice.. I ordered the white one... So I received a freshly painted one. Basically they painted the regular one as white.. I could smell the fresh pain when I opened it.. Comes in 3 boxes.. Pretty heavy, so if you have to move it to any place higher than 1st level (ground level) than please have someone help you move these upstairs.Though it is DIY and I was able to put it together by myself, please note that it is not a small project especially if you are a beginner DIY'er. It can be put together but takes a little time to come together. What I liked about it.. It is not a bunk bed but a loft bed. So there is not another bed at the bottom.. Bunk beds get to close to the ceiling (for my preference) and are fine for a few days then they begin to get a little claustrophobic.. Also your thermostat settings have different impact on the air at that level.. Comparatively loft bed gives you the feel of being up.. but not so much.. so the kid(s) can have their "bed-in-air" while enjoying it for a longer time. So this is at a pretty nice height..The version that I took is just a single loft bed for 1 kid.. So my girl will have her bed with stairs, ladder and a slide.. along-with some area to play under her bed. Note that this is a very big bed (93-94 inches wide) so there is not much space left in the kids room after this. So the more space you can get for them to play, better it is. There is enough space under the bed for my girls toy storage as well as foe her to play. There are separate storage drawers for more of her stuff too which are part of the steps.. so pretty functional. Now - what I DONT like - The slide fits flush with the bed.. so once you put a regular twin size mattress, the slide is not at the same level as the bed.. so its practically not usable without my girl dropping a few inches on to the slide before she can actually slide.. Very badly designed.. the height of the mattress should have been considered which they did notIt was not painted properly in a lot of places.. as mentioned earlier it was freshly painted and they packed it before the paint could dry properly. So when the paint came of when I opened it. But that is no big deal. I did a little touch up which took care of it.
