The pins which supposed hold the Glass always falls down
Pins always falls down whenever I pull out the glass. It got 3 pins to hold the cup which falls every time you pull out the cup to drink the water.although it is easy to install the double sided tape has very good grip.

Gets the job done
The media could not be loaded. Build is sturdy, easy to mount and I chose to directly attach it to the dispenser with provided screws.
