Expensive, but very sturdy and thoughtfully designed and constructed. Does come with some light protective oil on it. I use this product on the floor of my garage to manage the electric cables to my tools. I finally stopped tripping on cables.

it's the perfect size and fits all the cords - no trip hazard here
the guard dog came when promised and is exactly what we needed it hides all of the cords nicely and makes an easy trip free walk way
