Packing ok but product has a crack
Product looks ok, finish is not upto the satisfaction, I found one bowl has small crack after unboxing . I don’t know what is solution, any help is possible?

Much worth to buy rather than costly plastic stuff
I liked the way the product was doubled protection by thermocol and bubble-wraps.I have been using ceramic products for decades even in cooking. This particular bowl shape and size is amazing. Bowl size is bigger than usual size of steel bowl. Its diamond artwork make it look more attractive than a simple bowl. And, more importantly it is microwaveable, so no concern over the toxins getting exposed in food, which is very certain while using plastic microwaveable products.
