Excellent!!
My children, 7 and 9, loved putting these together. We used a hot glue gun to fix them more permanently but that’s not necessarily needed. Then the boys went around the garden collecting natural things to stick on them. They’re still not quite finished but they are excellent and the kids enjoyed it so much. The additional wooden flowers and bees that are coloured and stuck on came from a high street shop years ago. Definitely recommend these! They won’t be hardy enough for the elements outside so we may keep in the garage instead!

Baker Ross never lets you down
A little bit flimsy but you get what you pay for. Loses a star for quality but it is adequate quality. As described.

Disappointed
This product was hugely disappointing. I bought for my two grandchildren and only one of the bug hotel was complete. The second one the parts didn't fit. So disappointed. Only one child was happy with her finished item and the other child very unhappy as his could not b completed. I don't even want to give it one star

Great when you get going
It was a bit fiddly to start with, but when you got going the pieces all fitted together nicely, and it was a great crafting project. Looking forward to our first guests.☺️

Not brilliant, but the bugs won't mind.
Bought this for my granddaughter. The pieces were a bit random, but I managed to put one of the two "hotels" together by not using two of the four side pieces (one was narrower than the rest and one was shorter and with differently spaced lugs). That means only one of the two could be made. Not the best or most accurate production system then. Still, no doubt the bugs won't mind and they won't know that there should have been twice the accommodation.

It is quite good but it could be better!
So yes, as you can see, this worked out quite well and was fun to make, with my two children, but the central cylinders are made of brown paper and prone to falling out so not sure how this bug home will survive too much wind and rain. But it does look pretty good with some paint and stickers (which aren’t included)We placed our one nestled in ivy for some extra support and protection… nothing to hang the bug home is actually included in the kit, so I put a small hole in the back and hung with tough plastic coated garden wire. A lot of reviews mention the pieces don’t fit together very well… they don’t particularly snap into place that well but it still ended up being fairly solid without any gaps… overall, it really isn’t too bad for the price you pay ⭐️⭐️

Disappointed children and a useless feeling disabled parent
Bought these as I’m feeling pretty useless as a disabled parent recovering from covid, we don’t have much money spare to do days out nor the accessibility so we got these to brighten up one of the more dull days. They’re poorly made, the pieces don’t fit together and it can’t be assembled. The middle bits that slot together are misaligned. They’re cheap and what not to some but £20 for us is a lot of money that I’ve no idea if we’ll get back seeing as I don’t own a printer, can’t afford one of those and will need to find a store to facilitate a return. Easier said than done for some of us.
