I love our Pearl Traffic Counter. For our small business, it really gives us the insights we need at a great price. It's easy to install and generally easy to troubleshoot. Their customer service is top notch!

We bought our first Pearl door counter a few months ago, and have gained so much insight into how our business is performing that we decided to add another one to capture traffic into other areas of our business. Installation and set up is a breeze. The data we get has helped us properly staff the store based on hourly and daily traffic. It has saved us thousands in wasted labor, and gained us thousands in sales in just a few months.

We love the product; it does what we need it to do—count. The ONLY thing that we did not fully understand is that if you don't purchase a plan, you can only see the data back four weeks.

We had been struggling to find a way to tie our advertising dollars to store traffic and had unsuccessfully tried manually counting as well as having stand-alone door clickers but, inevitably, someone would forget to take the numbers down each day and it would ruin the whole week.After doing some searching and not finding anything that fit a small retail store budget I came across the Pearl. The price fit our budget and it accomplishes everything we needed and more. 1) It counts and uploads without daily human intervention, 2) it keeps a history that can be analyzed with effective reports, and 3) it's priced to where it makes sense for small retail.I'm very happy with the Pearl and the after purchase support has been very helpful with help me to understand the functionality and get full use out of the product.

We ordered this device for our retail store and it works great. Not only was it easy to set up, but we were contacted by a customer success representative who gave a tutorial on the website and all of the reporting that’s available. Then they followed up for a second call to make sure everything was working, to see if we had questions, and to show us more in-depth reports. The counter does more that we had anticipated and will be a great tool for schedule shifts and break times. Don’t skip the tutorials or you will miss out on all the potential this has.
