The flavors were great enjoyed all of them ,lower in salt and a healthy snack for those who are looking for protein and not many carbs , and a crunchy texture, good price point.

Let me start this off by saying I’m not a fan of really salty snacks. If something is over 3% or 4% daily intake of salt per serving I’m usually not into it. If you like really salty things than these might not be your jam. They’re also chock-full of fiber which may bother some people also. Very dry but they are a dried beans snack. Go figure. Have the water ready. Low salt and high fiber make me happy.I like them as is or sprinkled on a salad. The hummus flavor is fantastic. If you eat them out of the bag expect your fingers to be covered in seasoning like when you eat Cheetos or Doritos.Yes, the bags are very expensive but to me it’s worth it. I seem to get an energy boost after I eat these. I would rather spend my money on this rather than sugary sodas any day. Of course, I could always make my own roast chickpeas at home. I’m actually thinking about doing that soon. But in the meantime, these are my favorite.

When I ordered this item from Amazon Warehouse on May 20, 2020, the title was "The Good Bean Crunchy Chickpeas Snacks, Variety Pack, 6 Ounce, 6 Count" and that is exactly what I received, a black cardboard box with "the good bean" printing on it which contained six sealed 6oz pouches (36oz total): 2 Sea Salt (best by 2/18/2021), 2 Chili Lime (best by 10/29/2020), 1 Sweet Siracha (best by 2/18/2021), 1 Classic Hummus (best by 12/2/2020).The ones I have tried have been similar to the same product/brand that I bought at Costco (in a larger 18oz bag of Sea Salt flavor only). They're dry, crunchy but easily chewable, salty, somewhat bland, and not too strongly flavored. They're not especially tasty to me in the sense of unhealthy snacks like Doritos corn chips or buttered popcorn but they're not unpleasant and they're healthier than the aforementioned snacks while the flavor discourages me from eating too many at once, which can be a good thing when you are trying to avoid excessive snacking. I suspect they are at least marginally tastier than the black cardboard box the variety pack arrived in, but I have not tried tasting the box to confirm that (LOL).

I usually prefer things plain, and I've had another brand's flavored chickpeas before and loved them, but thought the flavoring was too much. So I went for Sea Salt this time. Big mistake. The flavor, just the default dried chickpea flavor, is great for a few bites, then it fades into nothingness. It is SO bland, and so chalky and dry, it's really not a pleasant snack. There are other more nutritious and delicious options (like roasted soy beans).

The packaging is so pretty.... and the idea of eating healthy is so nice... but these are terrible! I've tried a few other brands of chickpea snacks... and these are horrible compared to others I've had. Don't get fooled by flavors that sound good, they are not good. None of these flavors are good in my opinion. And I've often been told that there's no food that I don't like... I seem to like everything I eat. Well... not these. There is no flavor. And on top of that... the chickpeas are just much harder than other similar brands I've tried. I wish I could return these. The Good Bean Company is the Bad Bean... I wonder if they have other products and if they are bad as well.

Classic Hummus is AWESOME. Tastes amazing and full of flavor. Only complaint I would have is it's a little dry but nothing that a sip of water doesn't fix.My package actually came missing one of the bags (only had 5 instead of 6) and I contacted the company through their website (not Amazon) and they sent me a new box of 6 for free. Great support and was super fast.This stuff is delicious and a bit on the expensive side but tastes very good. 10/10 recommend the hummus flavor.
