This pancake mixture is a great tasting alternative to “real” pancakes for a keto/low carb diet.The ingredient (milk/egg) quantities in my opinion are a little bit off for the milk. The recommended milk makes a thick batter making it impossible to spread out in the pan. Even adding additional milk still made thick pancakes, so didn’t get as many as the stated pancakes out of the package. I think next time, I’ll add some water to the mixture after the milk and egg to make it thinner. It does say you can add more milk on the package, but of course with a keto diet, the more milk, the more net carbs.Overall, these pancakes were great. The package was eaten over 2 sittings for 2 people. With thick pancakes following the instructions with a bit extra milk, we got 7 thick fluffy pancakes. The outside seemed to brown very quickly with the inside not cooked yet, but that would be due to the thickness of the batter. Making a thinner batter would definitely be recommended. I’ll be purchasing again.

So, I've had type 2 diabetes for several years and as the years have gone by, many wonderful sugar free products have come along to help relieve the bordem of sensible eating. This year for the first time in at least 8 years, I decided it was time for shrove Tuesday and pancakes. And it was a nightmare, not only did I pay nearly £20 for two packs of this stuff, but it was awful. Even when you use the correct measurements of ingredients it does not cook well, you literally have to burn it, to be sure its cooked inside. It's just plain nasty and tasteless. Never again.

I shouldn't have expected too much from a keto pancake mix, it breaks apart easily, simple to mix, taste is ok.

As close as you can get to a real pancake. Of course it is not the same and who would or could think so. Its very acceptable. I liked it and as it is very low carb it is good. What better alternative? Will buy again.

Disappointed with this compared with other items in range. I made one batch using a third of the mix and followed the instructions. I've never made pancakes before so followed the instructions for cooking But these burnt very quickly on the outside and inside did cook but no flavour at all. Even plastered with maple syrup they didn't taste very nice. I still have 2/3rd packet left so I will try again but will add cinnamon into the batter next time to see if they are more edible. I'll not buy this variation again....the red Velvet and walnut cake mixed are great do I'll stick with them.

I read some previous ‘not great’ reviews but I wanted to try these anyway. I’m so pleased I did…. They are delicious! Easy to make by following directions on the back packet . However, they are difficult to flip in a frying pan so I recommend investing in a small waffle maker. They come out, fluffy , smooth and as I said before delicious! Really great when craving a sweet treat on keto 😊

Used this for pancakes. It was too nice, however, and I ate too many pancakes. Superb replacement for flour.
