Works great
Works great! Has a nice flow of steam that comes out and the tube makes it easy to direct where it flows. It’s really easy to fill up with water and turn off and on. It hold a good amount of water so it’s last at least half a day or longer depending on how much steam is coming out.

A few problems, but good product for the price.
The plunger mechanism sticks, and the bottom tank has overflowed. You need to stick around for a minute whenever you re-situate the tank.Other than that, it is a good product. Humidity sensor reads a bit high, but thats easily solved. automatic function works well, and it produces a powerful mist.Would buy again.

It Leaks
I've had this humidifier for a month now.Pros:I have to change the water about once a week, the humidity is well maintained, and it's very quiet.Cons:It leaks!!! I have a bowl underneath to collect the water. I got the 4.5L to minimize having to change the water; however, I have to empty the collection bowl daily.I see multiple reviews stating the same issue - the product is faulty. It's a shame companies are so quick to production, all testers only want to give positive reviews, and consumers talk more to customer service about problems than talking to friends about quality.

It's actually fantastic!
Its does what it says and keeps the humidity where you need it. It works perfectly for my ball python who tends to have rough sheds in the winter when the heat is on. He's been great since we got this though! I only wish I bought it sooner!

Would not recommend
The unit itself is not very good from a quality standpoint. It leaks horribly on and off to the point that you have to put it in a tray to collect the water. The leaks appear to be at the point where the reservoir meets the unit. No matter how many times you take it apart and make sure it’s super clean and has a good connection, it still leaks. The point where the top meets the reservoir is so small that the top constantly comes off, it needs to be taped down. Also, you have to make sure that the hose is always angled down or the hose will fill with condensation and stop working. I would not recommend buying this product. Sadly for me I tossed the box or I’d return it. But without a doubt, I can’t use it any longer

Affordable and easy to use fogger
The media could not be loaded. The low, medium, and high fog settings are great, and the humidity sensor seems to work well. It's very quiet and does not appear to disturb my chameleon. A great buy!

Fully manual operation, useless with a timer
Used for my terrarium. I have a chameleon. Does what it says perfectly and so far no issues. BUT THERE IS ONE MAJOR FLAW for me atleast. Most reptile keepers have their systems automated for ease of use. THIS MODEL WILL NOT TURN ON WITH A TIMER! For all of the features they have on this machine, they made it to where it turns on (standby mode) with power but doesnt fully turn on until you use the remote or physically press the power button on the unit. OMG I have all my lights and mister on a auto timer strip. With this machine plugged in, it will trigger the machine to turn on but since it goes into standby instead of just on and pumping, i have to still turn it on after the timer triggers it. Blows. Defeats the purpose of timer completely. All of my other electronic devices for my terrarium turn on immediately with plug in. Even my mister, which has a timer built in. Without standby mode, i would give this 5 stars.

Works fine most of the time but does leak water
It’s a little difficult to assemble, we had one piece upside down at first. And it does wonderfully in terms of timing but after a week I found a solid quarter inch of water in the bottom of my reptile tank and no idea why it’s dripping like it is. But for the price, it’s worth it.
