The first shipment the toothpaste was placed in a plastic bag with no box and no seal on the toothpaste tube which is really important. Received Sunday 7/6/2025. As soon as saw that the toothpaste had no seal I called Amazon and they immediately sent me a new order. Which I just received Tuesday 7/8/2025.They took care of the issue right away and speedy delivery for the replacement. This is the only brand and the Rotisserie chicken flavor my 2 babies love.My 1 year old Mainecoon saw the tube was excited to brush her teeth. My 5 year old American domesticated short hair, her teeth had plaque buildup and after brushing her teeth every night. After 2 Weeks the plaque buildup was gone and her teeth became pearl white. She loves her toothpaste and loves brushing her teeth.Why did you pick this product vs others?:The flavor, leaving their teeth pearly white, removed really thick plaque on gums and teeth.
