Good started tumbler
Purchased as a Christmas gift. For my granddaughter all ready she is asking for a bigger one. The stone capacity is small so on reflection I should have gone for a bigger one. But it does what it says on the tin.

After a few uses it does not work
The tumbler won’t turn at all after using it a handful of times. Very disappointing and I would like to return it

Noisy
Very noisy, it has to be operating for a long time, so you can imagine hour after hour with it whirring round, if you could keep it in a garage out of the way not too bad. I had mine in the kitchen. I am also very impatient and too slow for me for getting results. Gave up with this hobby. Not good for the electricity bill either.

Doesn’t rotate unless you add a rubber band or similar.
The surface of the tumbler is too smooth therefore no friction to turn it against the motor. We added a rubber band, which then snapped and got caught in the motor, so then added a line of superglue. Great product otherwise but big design flaw.

I've followed the instructions to the letter
This is a good idea BUT it stopped spinning on me several times. I just gave it a wee spin and it was away again . My daughter is watching what is happening to the stones very carefully. I hope it doesn't disappoint her

Did not work at all
The media could not be loaded. We got this for my son’s birthday in September. We have only just opened it to use it. The barrel leaks and doesn’t spin at all.I’ve just noticed that I’m “past the return window” when my statutory rights are 6 months to return a faulty item. I would like a replacement that actually works. He is very upset. And I am very disappointed to be honest. I would like someone to contact me about this!
