I want to rewrite my review. I dosed at 0.7 ml this morning about an hour after a frozen berry breakfast smoothie and I've had no problems at all. I cut my dosage down. I appreciate the message that was sent to try and help me the first time I tried this supplement. Great company! Thanks for checking up on me.

A few years back before Covid-19, I had a year of terrible flu and colds. I did some research and decided to start supplementing my diet with copper. This has worked out well. First I bought the copper infused water, but that got costly. I then tried the copper water bottles, but that was sucking up a lot of room in my fridge and I had to monitor how long they were in there. Now I have found this. I just added it to my coffee, or sports drink or energy drink or smoothie or soup and you get the idea. I put a little on the end of my tongue, and it is definitely copper. I don't suggest this. I am still cold and flu free, so it appears to work as well as the other methods. The nice thing about this is if I am not out and about, at work or anywhere public, I don't actually need it that day, and it isn't already added. I am pretty certain this is my new copper method. If it is a copper supplement you want without complication and high expense, this is it.

The taste is really tough to handle, I'm mixing it with the liquid multivitamin I also purchased to reduce the horrible taste. But I guess things that are good for you, to some degree taste horrible.

First thing first, Google Copper Bisglycinate vs Copper Sulphate. First thing you will see:“Copper bisglycinate absorbs directly into your bloodstream, which provides better bioavailability. Copper sulphate is a toxin that shouldn't be included in supplements”This supplement literally has copper sulphate, a toxin! After taking this, I felt kind of ill. I should’ve done my research before buying.Second, as others have mentioned, I have blue chunks inside mine. This brand Trace Minerals is very suspect. I wouldn’t purchase this or any of their other products.Buy Copper Bisglycinate, avoid this at all costs!

I read all of the comments and reviews and expected it to taste awful, but mine has no taste at all!?!? Just got it so can’t really rate it yet.
