I would suggest looking at the holes/loops/etc. you have in the wind chime that you would want to put the twine through. We have different sizes of the tarred twine. Definitely good for the outdoor balloons…it’s thin and lite, but very strong.

Q: There's alot of pictures.Why can't the Tweed be compared to a pencil or around the neck like a necklace? That would eliminate most of the returns?

The twine is a little over 1mm thick, 1.07mm. I don't use it for beading because it's tarred. when you burnish the ends you can smell the tar also Im afraid on a hot day it will leach into someones clothes, or people will put their necklace in their mouth.
