Most reviews from India are about defective products .What is going on on Kodak ?Do you not feel responsible to investigate?It is not just about selling , but maintaining your reputation

Defective product
The power on button is not working and is not being clicked. We ordered a replacement too but it got same issue. Finally had to refund. We were really disappointed with the product and expected better from Kodak.

Cheated us in the name of photo printer
We could only print 3 pages and it stopped working. Tried reaching the customer care but did not get any response. It costed me around 12000 the minimum I could expect is to print atleast 10 photos. Not sure why amazon has listed this product even. Highly disappointed
