Are you kidding me? Who is writing less than a 5 star and complaining? I swear people are complainers for no reason. This product is the best thing I’ve ever purchased! Pls buy it l, it is amazing. You can even slide it down your back and it stays and no it doesn’t “bruise” unless you are mashed potatoes. Pain bye bye.

I gave only 3 stars because every few minutes power turn off make me not comfortable then you can not directly switch on 😞.. and its too short strap for big person and the cord power short also 😞..this is the reason why we return this product..

Bought it for my husband, as he occasionally has back pain from sitting too long.We both use it and it really helps you too relax, and offers different functions.Wish it would come without a cable, however the device itself so far is great and for that price, really a bargain.Hope it will last some time, however we love it.Definitely recommended 👍🏼

Before buying, I saw some people complaining about the fabric of the massager, but honestly speaking it went beyond my expectations. The machine works so well, the massage is good enough, and the price is fair!I would recommend it for sure.
