rusted seat rod & mechanic despite of fixing time waited whole day didn't turn up and his number is out of service waster 1 whole day waiting for him. Very bad service, Finally given to local service shop, both tyres were flat, there was qc report saying it checked but still is faulty. You need to have local mechanic support to fix the problems. rim seems to be bent and makes squeaky sound if rear wheel is rotated.

A trained technician will not only assemble it correctly but also tune the gears, align the brakes, and adjust the handlebar height to suit you.Don’t expect your first ride to be completely smooth. It takes about 10–15 km of riding for the mechanical parts to settle and adjust. My technician also advised me to return after 8–10 days for oiling and a quick check-up.Now about the bike itself:It offers excellent quality for the price. While it’s not designed for stunts, it’s ideal for daily commutes, casual rides, and morning workouts.Many negative reviews about faulty gears or brakes are likely from buyers who tried assembling it themselves. The bike genuinely requires expert setup for optimal performance.Also, learn how and when to shift gears properly—using incorrect combinations can damage the gear system.In conclusion, this is a great choice for beginners—provided you get it assembled professionally and receive the package in good condition. Overall, it’s a value-for-money purchase.

when will the person who will do the cycle fitting come

I recieved this cyclea day after ordering and was concerned about the shipping damages on the side where gears are situated. After a headache of assembling and unwrapping I realised that rear derailleur did get bent and was pushed to the spokes. After abit struggle of trying to bent it back I realised it comes with a knock off shimano named "shiming" with pathetic gear shifting performance and crazy sounds. And then i quickly saw the rear wheel wobble more then an Indian local train. After a quick rude I realised that the front fork is jammed more then a jar of Jam. Front brakes were rubbing against the front wheel, same goes for the rear brakes.Now, here's my advice: Get the cradiac globetrotter which comes with shimano tourney and rear disk brakes with better quality and over all ride. Well done leader, 10/10, would. NOT recommend.
