I generally don't waste my time writing product reviews.. but for once I thought this product deserves one. I have used the blueberry one and i must tell you i loved the taste. It contains sucralose.. i know,, but you need it to transport the arginine to your blood stream fast.. On day two i started seeing the muscle pump actually visibly. TBH I m an intermediate fitness enthusiast and i work out atleast 5daw. But this product has given me an additional confidence when i felt my body has got saturated to the workouts i do. So my honest opinion is that you should start taking it not when you start your fitness journey but when your performance/ change in body plateaus. And if you are already taking arginine, then pls try this one. *Never exceed 6 gms in a 24 hour cycle*

I got to know about the arginine earlier I used citrullin from the same company big muscles but I can say this is for better than citrullin .. arginine gives you a lot of good pump you can easily recognise the pumps in two weeks
