I was not happy that the bulb was stored IN the globe during transit. The reason is, the bulb rattles and bounces inside the glass globe and no outer packaging is going to protect against that. please wrap the bulb's box in something to prevent damaged globes in the future. Apart from that very important thing, my item was fine.Arrived packaged very well in foam and in great condition. The marble base is beautiful and solid. The globe is in great condition, no flaws or marks. I am extremely happy with this lamp.I will be replacing the bulb because the one they sent is a daylight hue, not the warm white I was looking for. This is no problem though, because I bought the lamp not the bulb.

This lamp is beautiful and seems to be good quality. The shade and stand are both heavy and seem to be well made. It is not bright enough to use it as a reading light, but it’s so pretty I thought I would keep it for a low accent light in a corner or bookshelf. However, something about the light quality was actually painful. Everyone of every age in the house found it uncomfortable to look at, teens, older adults, everyone. Even in the corner, it was just not a pleasant addition to the room. This style of light is very popular, so maybe we are the exception? But we could not stand having it in eyesight, so, in spite of the quality for the price and the beauty of the piece, this one got returned. So curious now—Was this painful to look at for anyone else??

The media could not be loaded. Right size and amazing style well stable enough light easy turn on or turn off with long cord with switch matching my interior style and needs natural bace great decor love it so much

Easy to put together

It works...but came in terrible shape. The black marble has scratches and nicks all over the base. Not worth the time sending it back. Seller should package it better. Cheap materials.
