Rockridge Press The Ultimate Self-Esteem Workbook for Teens: Overcome Insecurity, Defeat Your Inner Critic, and Live Confidently

Suitable for ANYONE who is seeking self esteem and confidence improvements.
I am not a teen, but I am finding this so useful! I would thoroughly recommend the author releases a slightly modified version for adults who have never built a self esteem before. There are so many books teaching adults how to ‘regain’ confidence... but so many of us simply never developed any in the first place. In the meantime, I thoroughly recommend this to adults and teens alike! You can find ways to discover who you are, and build foundations for your very own self esteem and confidence. Don’t suffer any longer!I highly recommend this book for teens and parents of teens who want to ensure they have good mental health too. As a parent of a teen myself, we have been sharing the book and finding it helpful. Obviously we both get different things from it, but the journey destination is much the same. This is definitely a good value book for a wide range of people! Thoroughly recommended!

Purchased for my daughter
Purchase this for my 15-year-old to develop some good self skills. She has been working in this book. And she likes it.

Read the book yourself first!
good book, it's more for a high schooler, I used white-out on the parts in the book in which I felt wasn't a good fit for my kid! I'm a christen and believe in certain things. However the book still has good information in it. Read it first before giving it to your child to read and take it from there

First Teen to Try Loves It
We purchased six of these books to give as incentives for the teens who train with the library on suicide prevention. Before we could schedule the training, a teen needed something to help deal with mixed feelings. She loves to write, so this was just the book. She loves it. We hope the other teens will like it as much.

Read review
Good book, however, I personally would not recommend for any child under age 14. Book discusses and has some subject matter that may be to sensitive for the younger teen/ pre-teen.
