Durable and Dependable
I'm 64 and mom is 84; we live together in an older home where the rooms and doorways are smaller than newer homes. Last month mom fell in the hall and broke her hip. After surgery and rehab we were sent home with a standard walker. The walker keeps her safe but she has a hard time getting it through the narrow doorways to the bedroom and bathroom. The walker will fit through the doorways but I wanted something that kept her stable, rolled easily and would get in and out of the doors easier so I purchased this item. The item arrived quickly and on time. The item was a snap to put together for this technically challenged woman...what a relief! The item is made of quality material and is very sturdy. It rolls very easily and smoothly. It's attractive with a handy bag and easy to use basket that sits atop, along with a very handy tray. The hand brakes are easy to use, which is a good thing for my mom who has severe arthritis. The four-wheel walkers are too fast and tend to get away from mom; she has Parkinson's so she can not keep up with the four-wheel walkers that have the seats. This three wheel rollator is absolutely perfect to assist mom with her walking. It rolls smoothly but doesn't get ahead of the person using it. The bummer is the back wheels are a bit fat, which makes for a smooth roll, but it also makes it difficult to get through our small doorframes so I keep this item in the car for when we go out to eat or shop.I love that the item is compact and light. I can easily pick it up with one hand! Mom needs to recline her car seat to give her relief for her back and with that small space in the backseat I can easily store the rollator. The wheels can handle any type of terrain effortlessly. I worry when mom uses a cane as she might wobble and top over. The standard walker is safer than a cane but she clump-clumps along slowly, with the rollator she keeps a normal walking pace and walks with great ease.We have returned to our routine of going out to eat and shopping. I simply get out, take out the rollator, set it in front of her and off she goes! I'm not stressed out worrying about her stability or her ability to walk a normal pace so she doesn't hold up traffic too long. This rollator has given mom her independence and it has given me peace-of-mind. Worth every single penny!

Really Well Made
You won't find a better bargain than this. Others that look similar are not the same quality. This product is Guardian.....it is made with heavier duty pipes and holds more strength. It came in perfect condition and was put together in about 10 minutes. I took it out yesterday for a trial and it is perfect to fit into the car with a weight that I can manage. Being a smaller size it is great in an elevator with other people. And, it comes with the bag and basket and a tray. The tray is handy for moving a coffee cup or snack to wherever the TV is, ha ha. I just love it.....great quality!

Medline 3 wheel rollator: Screws missing/ did not fit. I was able ones I have on hand.
Like: Wheels move easily; tray and basket helpful to move several items in one trip.Small size fits through doorway.CAN be used in place of Walker - careful- not steady enough to lean full weightComment: When using on Carpet - items on top tray tip over easily, such as: Coffee, Water bottes, etc,A replacement for using in place of a Walker, but not for heavy, sturdy support.

Maneuverable and my mom is willing to use it
We liked the first one so much that we bought a second ( different color) for outside (no more wheel washing)! Like many, convincing a loved one that using a walker will help keep them safe is an impossible task. It is, in the end, up to them. We had one of the big 4-wheeler ones, but it was heavy and difficult to maneuver around the house (furniture, corners). 2 friends had this 3-wheeler and both loved it. After 3 falls in 3 months, my mom agreed to try one. Yay! She adjusted to using it quickly, and utilizes it more and more: don't nag them, because remember they didn't use one for 70 or 80 years, and are not going to automatically remember to use it. Just quietly put it in their reach when they've left it behind somewhere. The walkers come assembled except for simple insertion of wonderful height-adjustable handles. The basket merely hangs on hooks and is a bit odd-fitting, but that is minor and, with its cover, offers a nice place for mom or dad to carry a not-too-full cup of coffee or bowl of cereal. One of the brake "blades" rested too closely against its wheel, making it difficult to push the walker. A large screwdriver wrapped in a layer of rag was used to gently pry it away from the tire a bit, and, voila! We had ourselves an easy fix. Best wishes, and thank-you for taking care of your loved ones AND their dignity.

Awful walker to buy
Wheel kept catching in curbs. 3 weeks ago it caught on curb in Bryn Mawr as I was crossing a street. It caused me to fall forward on my face. I had a concussion as I hit the cement and awoke in an ambulance on the way to Lankenau Hospital where I remained for 2 nights. I broke my nose on both sides and my face and neck were swollen and very bruised purple and pink and yellow etc and after over 3 weeks I’m still very bruised on face and neck! I’ve been going to many doctors. I still have a wound doctor to see Monday and the Dentist can’t see me until 3/17 and ENT 2 Dr appts 3/20 and 3/27. The person who witnessed my fall and called the ambulance witnessed my fall told the ambulance driver how this all happened (I fell into the street and was knocked out) and I found out from the ambulance driver what had happened since I couldn’t remember why I was in an ambulance! Also the black bag tore - the lining became detached from the plastic black part (with a zipper).I’m 85 and had taken an Uber to Bryn Mawr from Radnor and was on my way to the Running Store. I am in a lot of pain and taking pain medicine.
