What % of withanolides does this ashwagandha powder (from Organic Spice Resource) have?

Hi. Honestly, I forget what it does, I think it's for energy. I mix it in with a lot of other powders, in a smoothie, and I hope for the best. I have to say after a few months of drinking my smoothies with all the powders - including Ashwagandha root powder - I'm starting to feel like I have more energy. I've looked it up on line but that was weeks ago and I've forgotten.
