Good bit of kit . Son loves it
Instructions not great but once on was secure . My son is almost 5 and I can take him no issue . Wanted to pick him from school and get some extra exercise in the summer months . Would recommend getting some rubber pads or felt to protect your frame from damage. The ones that go under chair feet . As for quick release not super quick but can be taken off without tools . Feels strong and adjustable for different bikes

Good value and practical
Brought it so I could take both my children to nursery on the bicycle and for that its brilliant. The seat doesn't take up much space as previous font seats I had really got in the way and my son loves it. It does come loose over time so needs to be tightened up every now and again but for the price paid and what I need it for its perfect

My daughter loves it and so do i
Absolutely spot on. Well made, very adjustable and good quality. Been out a couple times already with my two year old and she loves it. Heaps better than the rear seat we had previous. For those moaning about no instruction manual. If you can't figure it using the very clear assembly photo on the box, I doubt you even have the ability to safely ride a bike with a child on it anyway, super easy to fit, took me 5-10 minutes, all very self explanatory.

Brilliant
Had to cut away some of the rubber to make room for brake cables on top of the frame buy works a treat. My son loves it and having used a rear child seat before I can honestly say this method is much better balanced, I'd even say safer for moving the bike with a child still seated (in comparison to the rear seat).

Absolute rubbish - poor copy
The build quality is cheap, but about right for the price. However, it’s the poor design that really lets it down. The bar for the foot pegs is useless because it’s very hard to get the bar evenly distributed between each foot peg because as you tighten one it’s effectively pulling away from the other, unless you can centrally clamp the threaded bar. The foot pegs’ plastic mould split and shattered after only a few rides, with the end caps popping off frequently too. The handlebars are totally useless for a 22mm main handlebar because the rock hard plastic spacers with hollow inners don’t grip the main bar at all, so the handlebars just move around. I tried packing them with grippy rubber & then amalgamating tape in an attempt to hold it, but it still moves, so I just took the bars off completely. If you want a decent one of these, spend the extra money to get a Kids Ride Shotgun model that is engineered properly, it’s totally worth it (I do not work for them!)

Fine for the Price
Bought this as i wasn't sure if the boy was going to like it an didn't want to spend the £140 for the "shotgun" version. The build quality is not too bad, although be careful with the handle bar supplied as it didn't fit my handlebars, but he can hold onto the actual handlebars on my bike.Easy to fit, only issue i have with it, is that no matter how tight you tighten the seat down it comes loose all the time, so it swivels. But check before a ride and you're golden.

Gutted we didn't find this sooner!
My son is 4 now, but still sits comfortably on here.. My partner even took his 11 year old daughter for a ride ( she is small for her age 😂). Took a while to figure out how to secure it properly, however doesn't move now and my son asks to go on it daily. Amazing bit of kit.
