We purchased from gotonovo in September and October 2021 two Rain Shower systems with hand sprayer, one Clawfoot Bathtub system with hand sprayer and three sets of Bathroom Sink widespread faucets, all in oil-rubbed bronze. The quality and style of what was received exceeded even our most hopeful expectations. Our professional plumber installed all of these easily. The oil-rubbed bronze finish is very very nicely executed.Now we have been living with these for many months and find them equal to if not superior to any top-of-the line (Rohl, California Faucets, etc.) that we have specified in previous homes. Spend thousands more if you want to, but why?A tip: because these vintage/contemporary styled shower fixtures are very streamlined and stand away from the walls, they do not have integrated anti-scald feature. No problem, you can either engage your plumber or do-it-yourself to install at you hot water heater a "mixing valve" which lets you establish a maximum temperature for delivered hot water throughout the house and thereby avoid scalding. This has worked perfectly for us.Our only concern was resolved wonderfully working with gotonovo's Brenda Fentress in customer service ([email protected]). We wanted to stock some spare parts such as ceramic cartridges and the flex hose for the hand sprayers as we want to enjoy these fixtures for years and years. She worked with us closely via email to ensure we were able to purchase what we needed. Over time, I expect gotonovo to have a better capability to show/list specific replacement parts. But they covered this gap beautifully.

Vintage Wall Mount Clawfoot Tub Faucet 3-9Inch Adjustable Center Polished Chrome. We live in a very old house with a claw type of bathtub. We saw this advertised. We chose this model because of the ability to adjust to the hole openings on the tub and maybe time for a little fancy in our life. This is a very, very well product. It is solid !!. All of the knobs/valves operation are very smooth. You can tell this is a highly made product. The shower hose is not stiff, but very flexible even at all temps. Way beyond the quality of the lower cost shower hoses found on lower cost faucet systems. Installation was a breeze. A couple of crescent wrenches or pliers was all that was needed. WARNING: If you install in an older style claw type bathtub, you WILL need the extension kit for the inlets. The ones that come with this kit are too short once you stick it through the tub to connect to the inlet hoses. You can order the extension kit here or make a trip to your local hardware store.
